Processing

Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Drop orders may take a little longer during a release window. You will get a confirmation email with tracking the moment your order ships.

Rates & delivery

• Free worldwide shipping on orders over $200.
• Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
• Estimated delivery: 2 to 6 business days domestic, 7 to 21 business days international.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes set by your country. These are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

The window

Unworn pieces can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached and the original packaging.

How to start one

• Email the team with your order number and the piece you want to return or exchange.
• We will send a return authorization and instructions.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the item.

Final sale

The OTL collectible figure, gift cards, and any item marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Drop pieces are limited and never restocked, so exchanges are subject to availability.

Our sets run true to size. The men's windbreaker is a relaxed fit; the women's set is a fitted crop. If you are between sizes or want it oversized, size up.

How to measure

• Chest / bust: measure around the fullest part, keeping the tape level.
• Waist: measure around your natural waistline.
• Compare to a garment you already own for the closest match.
